Offcourse we want you to be happy with your purchase, but sometimes there is a reason to (partially) return purchased goods. On this page you’ll read how we handle warranties and returns. Returns/cancellation You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the products. When a order is completely cancelled, we’ll credit the total amount of your order, including the paid shipment costs of the order itself. The costs being made by sending the products back to us won’t be credited. When a order is partially cancelled the returned products excluding the shipping costs will be credited.
In case you use your right of cancellation you are expected to send the products with all its attachments and – if reasonably possible – in original state and packaging back to us. A deduction may be made from any refund should there be any loss in value associated with unnecessary handling of the product. (Unnecessary handling would be anything more than what would normally be expected when inspecting a product in a retail shop.)

Step 1 – Let us know that you want to return something by email (email@example.com)
Step 2 – Ship the products back to us (PURE SIMGEAR) and include your name and ordernumber
Step 3 – After we have received the products we will inspect the products and credit the order or products within 14 days
